As a Friend of the Library you can play an important role in helping us make this vision a reality. We will be breaking ground in mid-May and will plan to complete the transformation in a three-week period. To make this project happen we’ll need everyone’s help. Contributions of expertise and labor in electrical work, plumbing, metal fabrication and painting will be sought. Contributions of labor for the final installations of terrace pavers, railings and plantings will be needed. We will be looking for donations of granite. Pieces may be used in the project or traded for the particular pieces needed in the design. Lucia will appraise the granite’s value and use. This dollar value as well as any other contributions of labor and materials to your Public Library are tax deductible.  Of course the best way you can help is with a generous financial donation.  Please consider writing a check today to the Bridgton Public Library directed to the Courtyard project.
